We carry out vibration measurement and assessment for all types of vibration issues using local and overseas standards and guidelines as a basis for assessment. Our multi-channel equipment allows for the simultaneous recording of triaxial vibration measurements, noise levels and audio recording.
Time history graphs of vibration events provide more information about vibration levels over a period of say the excavation of a pit using rock breaking plant. Graphical representation of vibration over a time period of measurement is also more useful and meaningful.
Condition monitoring of of plant using vibration accelerometers can be carried out to ensure that equipment failures for critical processes and systems are avoided. We can set up and manage remote conditioning monitoring and alarm systems with back to base notifications. We use software that provides a history of machine performance with alerts for changes to vibration patterns, a indication of potential problems and equipment failure. These self-contained minimal-maintenance systems (solar powered where needed) can be installed in remote locations with communication through the phone network or internet.
